Leaves of Brown and Yellow fell from the trees. I sat on a grassy hill. The dark woods had sun rays peaking through the tall trees. I watched the grass dance as the wind lead it in song. My hair was swept with wind. The slight breeze tickled my nose when my hair brushed it. I was completely at piece. I looked over to my six year old sister lying curled in a ball in wolf form. A tiny pup she was. She was just a brown ball of fur. I petted her fur above her nose line. She was so very soft. Her name was Gale. She was sweet ... sometimes. I looked the other direction my best friend Aster was holding Gale in her lap. Aster's skin was light brown. Her eyes were the color of melted chocolate. Her lips dark pink. Her long black hair dropped down perfectly around her face. My hair never did that. My skin is pale. My lips baby pink. My eyes changed color from Green to brown, but they turn black when I'm quite angry. 

Sage? Aster whispered sweetly her voice like sun shine on a rainy day. 

Yes? I whispered back trying not to wake the sleeping pup. 

I could not Waite for the time when I could have my own pups. But I need be at least eighteen and I'm only fifteen. 

Winter's almost here I would like to find my mate by than, She smiled at the thought of true love. 

But I knew the terrifying truth. True love was false. And my mother never talks about my father. He disappeared after my sister was born. But I remember my Mother and Father's fights. The sound of things breaking and her cries still leave the sting of tears in my eyes. 

You don't go looking for your mate Aster you know why you can't. I sighed I did not want to bring her down with me. 

I can try if I like, she squealed. My parents have taught me that love is out there and it's a strong fire that burns through the night! Her eyes glowed as she talked. 

Her parents were completely in love. They were better family to me than my mom. Her dad was like a father to me. In fact I call him dad. Even though looking at his dark brown skin and than at me was very awkward. She has an older brother named Kenneth he teased me like I was his sister. Kenneth left for collage yesterday. Aster and I both miss him already he gave us both giant hugs. His mate his heart sick she is still stuck in this town till he has money to bring her to him. Her name is Koki and she is as sweet as candy. And very beautiful. I love her almost as much as i love the rest of the family. 

You try, I said taking her hand, you try and you find him! Never let him go. I said felt. 

She nodded. I knew she knew I didn't believe in love.

I slipped in to science a little late... But Mrs. Kurt is so old and cenial she didn't even see me. 

You're late Ms.Wind! Chet squawked quietly grabbing my arm as I went by his desk.  

Gawd I hate this boy. Yet I love the things he does. Secretly every time I hear his voice I melt.  

Lemme go Chet, I whispered trying to get out of his kung fu grip and go to my desk. 

I looked in to his crystal blue eyes and was lost at sea for a moment.  

Gimme a kiss, He smirked. 

I rolled my eyes secretly I really wanted to kiss him. Hell I wanted to do a lot more than that. But I didn't I would be judged if I was with him. 

I tried to pry my arm out but he pulled me in to his soft lips and on to his warm lap. He smelt like Axe Heat. And I could take the heat. 

I put my hands around his neck and his hands went every where. 

Chet and Sage are kissing! Devon called from his desk. 

I looked up from soft lips and at Devon smiling across the room. Devon was a pervert with A.D.H.D but he was also my friend he probably just didn't want me all over the school player.  

Shut up Devon ya nark! Chet rolled his eyes than cradled my face and continued kissing me. 

Mrs. Kurt cleared her throat. Mr. Lansky are you finished? She put her hands on her hips. 

Chet smiled for a moment. I'm not finished Mrs. Kurt but thanks for asking, Chet pulled me again. 

CHET! Mrs. Kurt was red hot with anger.  

Do you want me to stop? Chet asked kissing my neck. 

No, I sighed but you need to stop. 

He sighed, whatever. Placed me off his lap and back on my feet. I stumbled for a moment but than sat at my desk. A few girls glared. A few boys were kind of jealous. 

Wow Sage, My second best friend in the whole world said.  

Luke wearing a Chicago cub's jersey and basket ball shorts. His hair was messy as always.  

What!? I snapped bulling out my science boo and pretending to take notes. 

Way to look like a slut! He said quietly getting in my space. 

Oh what ever ill probably get in trouble though thanks to Devon! I snapped. 

Luke looked at me like I was an idiot. If it wasn't for Devon Chet would probably have took your V-card right here! He was so mad he practically screamed it. The whole class heard him and looked at us like what. I blushed as red as a tomato and hid behind my science book. 

You could of hollered for Devon or I we would of pulled you off than creep in a second! Luke said not giving up another one of his Dr. Phil lectures. 

Can't you just leave me alone your not my dad your my friend stop treating me like I'm a baby Luke! I barked quietly.  

I'm just worried about you, He sighed. You can't trust Chet and he sure as taken a liking to you... Luke shuttered at the thought. 

I'm not gunna sleep with Chet! Luke I sighed. I just kissed him that's all. 

A kiss is never just a kiss, Luke mumbled. As the bell rang Luke got up quickly. 

Hey sit by me at lunch? I asked grabbing the front of his cub's jersey. 

Okay, He sighed smiling. Than left for math. I headed to Mr. Jets Spelling class. Praying this class would be less eventful. 

As soon as spelling was over I headed for Math. Than Social Studies than my favorite subject of the day lunch. I was the first one to the table so a waited quietly at one of the round tables that about eight people could fit in. eight was more than enough. It most likely would be. Aster who probably heard of my little moment with Chet by now... Luke, Devon, Heather (Lukes girl friend and i good friend of mine) Kendra another friend of mine and maybe Britney but she's been busy with band lately. Band yuck! i hate band. 

I plugged my head phones in and Frisky by Tinie Tempah blared. 

Hey, room for one more some one said completely wrapping his arms around me. And putting his hand on my thigh. 

I took my head phone out and sighed. Chet there's no room for you here there mad at me for the science class incident already. 

He rolled his eyes yeah your lips indecently touched mine he smirked his face dangerously close to mine. 

I touched his hand, Please leave your friends are waiting I sighed motioning towards the table where Douge and Matt sat. 

He grunted. Why do you always ask me to leave, when I know in your heart you want me to stay? 

Chet go, I said removing my hand and putting my headphones back in.  

What ever, he sighed getting up and stomping away. 

I hated making him leave when I wanted him so much.
