Our world, peaceful, beautiful, lovely but it's also dangerous. At Japan, criminals escape everyday, anytime, terrorists threaten the country, hundreds of thieves steal the people's things. The Department of Defense works with The Government and then the created an organization. It's called J.T.A.O, stands for Japan Terrorism Against Organization. This organization requires the members to be strong, intelligent, brave, loyal, fast. They got a really rigid and hard training course, literally train the member for the military. The organization is merged with the military.

Then there's a very young woman, around 14 to 16, joins the course. She is beautiful, but strong and dangerous. Her name was Ikanami Katsuna. She has pale skin, pure black eyes. She has a long brown hair, which she usually ties it up with the ponytail style. She is slender, fairly tall and very beautiful. She is cold and smart. 

At the training course, she is feared by many. The General then arrange her with a special trainer for her, separated form other courses. That one special trainers is Captain Kubashi. Katsuna is yet an adult, but the Government send the organization to train her, also provide her a little house to live alone. Captain Kubashi is perfect to train her. He teaches her to use weapons, teaches her to wipe, kick, punch stronger, he teaches her to be more sneaky, he teaches her so many life lessons. 

Eventually , this man falls in love with her. Kubashi is quite an attractive man. He is tall, having black hair and eye, pale skin. He also a very generous man. But Katsuna, who is too young to understand love, who only know to kill enemies, protect allies, being polite to the bosses and those who have higher positions than her, rejects his love unknowingly. 

Time passes, Katsuna graduated the course with the highest grade of them all. She is quickly promoted, despite her young age. At this time, she is only 24, but she is now the Sergeant Major of the Army. She has captured many thieves, criminals, solved many cases, catches many terrorists. In general, she is an intimidating woman. Beautiful, but dangerous, like the roses. The people in the military and the criminal side called her " Red Rose ".
