🔥Soren Cassian Wilder🔥

❥Penguin Plush (top left); it was a gift from his little sister when they were younger. He loves it to death.

❥Letter (top right); it was given to him by a friend who moved away just before high school. Apparently the two were really close, enough to be mistaken as siblings or a couple. No one but Soren knows what the letter says.

❥Picture (middle left); It's of him and his close knit group of friends during one of their most memorable hangouts. They skipped class to go to the beach and hung out there till sunset, which is when this picture was taken.

❥Converse (middle right); his favorite pair of shoes. He got them a couple of years ago and has worn them constantly since then. They have a lot of fond memories in it.

❥Orange hoodie (bottom left); another one of his favorite articles of clothing. He wears it as pajamas or whenever he's having a bad day because he associates it with comfort and happiness so strongly that just wearing it makes his mood brighten.

❥Polaroid camera; its actually his friends camera, but he gave it to Soren because he wanted him to take pictures of as many amazing things while he's down there. So basically Soren is just doing a favor by bringing the camera.

🌌Hannah Evolet Woods🌌

❥Blankets (top left); they were made by her grandmother and she was the one that used them before she passed. It was handed down to Hannah and she keeps it with her every time she just wants to feel her grandmother's presence. She also brought her grandmother's favorite perfume with her.

❥Fairy lights (top right); they were a gift from Hannah's best friend. She's always wanted fairy lights in her room since she doesn't handle darkness very well, so this is a gift she both cherishes greatly and also just simply needs on this journey.

❥Diary (middle left); she doesn't actually write in it a lot, but she brings it with her just in case she wants to. Hannah also has a lot of her story ideas written inside it so she doesn't like sharing it with people.

❥Sweater (middle right); again, this is mostly a comfort item since she knows she's going to be really stressed out during this Selection and just from being so far from home in general. It's her favorite sweater and she wears it at least twice every week.

❥Peace crane necklace; when Hannah was younger, she and her best friend made a lot of peace cranes to wish for Hannah's grandmother to get better. When her grandmother passed away, her best friend gave her this necklace as a gift in hopes that it could bring her peace in her grandmother's death. Somehow, it did, and it's one of her most prized possessions to date.

❥Books (bottom right); Hannah is an avid reader, so it only makes sense that she brought all of her favorite books with her on the journey. (I'm not sure if modern books are allowed in this selection so I'm going to keep the titles as blank lol)
